Everyone belongs in the game. The Ability Center’s Open Gym
creates an inclusive, judgement-free zone for people of all
abilities to explore di昀昀erent adaptive sports at their own pace.
Whether trying something new or returning to a favorite activity,
you can build con昀椀dence, make connections, and discover the
fun of being active together.

Private Swim: Adaptive Aquatics
Ages 4 -18 yrs
Location: Peck Aquatic Center
INQUIRE
The Adaptive Aquatics program is designed for individuals
ages 4-18 years old who may face challenges in traditional
group lessons. Swim Instructors o昀昀er personalized one-on-one
instruction, focusing on enhancing comfort and skills in the
water while emphasizing water safety practices. Lessons are 30
minutes in length.

Tutoring Center Ages 3-30 yrs
JCC Inclusive Trigger昀椀sh Swim Team
Ages 6 -14 yrs
Location: Peck Aquatic Center
REGISTER
Swimmers who have successfully completed Youth Level 4 are
ready to dive in! This inclusive program introduces the basics
of swim team – building skills, stamina, and con昀椀dence in the
water while emphasizing teamwork and good sportsmanship.
It’s a supportive, welcoming environment where every swimmer
can grow, have fun, and stay active.

Tutoring Center is designed to help children & adults looking for
academic assistance in one or more subject areas. We specialize
in teaching organizational skills, which is often a stepping stone
on the path to academic success. Our quali昀椀ed and experienced
special educators & assistants are here to help!
MEM $35/hr, COMM $45/hr
Personal Training Ages 12+
Participants will have fun while learning fundamental
skills related to 昀椀tness. We will work together to develop
and increase gross motor skills.
