Private Swim: Adaptive Aquatics
Ages 4 -18 yrs
Location: Peck Aquatic Center
INQUIRE
The Adaptive Aquatics program is designed for individuals
ages 4-18 years old who may face challenges in traditional
group lessons. Swim Instructors o昀昀er personalized one-on-one
instruction, focusing on enhancing comfort and skills in the
water while emphasizing water safety practices. Lessons are 30
minutes in length.

L ap Swim
We make every e昀昀ort to ensure there are 2 lap lanes
available at all times for lap swimmers, however; there may
be times where there are more than two lanes available.

REGISTER
Swimmers who have successfully completed Youth Level 4
are ready to dive in! The program is designed to introduce
your child to the concept of a swim team, team building, good
sportsmanship, and how to use swimming as a form of exercise.
Workouts focus on proper warm-up and re昀椀nement of strokes
through drills and direct instruction. All swimmers will review
the basic components of the four competitive swimming
strokes, starts, turns and training tactics.

Inclusive Trigger昀椀sh Swim Team

REGISTER
Swimmers who have successfully completed Youth Level 4 are
ready to dive in! This inclusive program introduces the basics
of swim team – building skills, stamina, and con昀椀dence in the
water while emphasizing teamwork and good sportsmanship.
It’s a supportive, welcoming environment where every swimmer
can grow, have fun, and stay active.
