Kids Competitive Swim Prep

Our Adaptive Aquatics program is designed for individuals with
disabilities who may face challenges in traditional group lessons.
Instructors o昀昀er personalized one-on-one instruction, focusing
on enhancing comfort and skill in the water while emphasizing
water safety practices.
Participants must complete a referral process. Waivers are accepted for this program. Each lesson is 30 minutes once a week.
Due to limited pool availability, we may be unable to accommodate lessons between 4:00-6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Lesson scheduling will be determined based on instructor availability.

REGISTER
This intensive program is designed for swimmers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to re昀椀ne their technique.
Participants should be comfortable completing a full length of
front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke. Through focused,
hour-long weekly sessions, swimmers will perfect their form,
build endurance, and develop the skills needed to dive into the
exciting world of competitive swimming.

Our adaptive program o昀昀ers the same high-quality competitive
swim prep with additional support tailored to each swimmer’s
unique needs. Designed for participants who have mastered the
basics of front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke, this program
provides individualized attention in a supportive environment.
During weekly hour-long sessions, swimmers will strengthen
their technique, build con昀椀dence, and work toward their competitive swimming goals at their own pace.
