blends foundational poses with a deeper exploration of yoga
philosophy, breathwork, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll
dive into the eight limbs of yoga like pranayama, meditation,

Designed speci昀椀cally for individuals living with Parkinson’s
disease, this class focuses on improving muscle strength,
balance, and overall functional movement. Through guided
exercises, participants will work to enhance their physical
wellbeing and maintain greater independence in daily life.
