YOUTH & FAMILY • Pregnant to Parent Series
In Collaboration with North Shore Wellness Collective
The Pregnant to Parent classes are designed to help you feel prepared and supported during every stage of
pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. These classes cover everything from preparing your body for birth to
caring for your newborn, navigating postpartum recovery, and feeding your baby, all in a welcoming and supportive space. Participants in classes hosted at the JCC will receive a complimentary guest pass to explore our
wellness spaces as well as an upgraded, spa-like locker room experience in our Health Centers.
Pregnant to Parent brings together the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center and North
Shore Wellness Collective for a collaborative series of classes, available at both locations.

At Gan Ami Early Childhood Education, we are on a
journey, or masa in Hebrew. This journey is one we take in
connection with one another – from the littlest infant to
the most con昀椀dent of K4 kiddos – from the newest and
most nervous parent to the most experienced educators
with decades of experience.
We know our most important job is cultivating relationships – between teachers and children, teachers and
families, and the school and our community.
Gan Ami is family, our mishpacha. We invite you to join our
family and come on a journey of discovery!
Returning to work after having a baby can be a di昀케cult step in
the postpartum journey. In this class led by psychologist and UWMilwaukee researcher Kelsey Autin, explore mindfulness strategies,
enjoy honest and guided discussions, and learn stress-reduction
practices for balancing work and caring for a new baby.
