Our Adult Swim Lessons are available for swimmers of all levels,
from beginners to experienced athletes looking to re昀椀ne their
technique. Our expert instructors provide personalized, oneon-one sessions designed to meet your goals – whether you’re
improving e昀케ciency, learning new strokes, or preparing for a
triathlon. With a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and
maximizing speed with minimal e昀昀ort, our instructors will help
you achieve your best swim. Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.

REGISTER
JCC Masters Swim is built for swimmers looking to improve
stroke techniques, e昀케ciency, and endurance through a mix of
coached and guided practices. Swimmers should be able to swim
500 yards continuously and can expect workouts in the 18002400 yard range during a 60-minute practice.

We make every e昀昀ort to ensure there are 2 lap lanes
available at all times for lap swimmers, however; there may
be times where there are more than two lanes available.
Adult Private Lesson packages must be purchased through the
Aquatics O昀케ce. Lessons must be purchased prior to the 昀椀rst lesson. Packages expire after one calendar year.
