INQUIRE
Our Adaptive Aquatics program is designed for individuals with
disabilities who may face challenges in traditional group lessons.
Instructors o昀昀er personalized one-on-one instruction, focusing
on enhancing comfort and skill in the water while emphasizing
water safety practices.
Participants must complete a referral process. Waivers are accepted for this program. Each lesson is 30 minutes once a week.
Due to limited pool availability, we may be unable to accommodate lessons between 4:00-6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Lesson scheduling will be determined based on instructor availability.

This program o昀昀ers young swimmers an introduction to the
world of competitive swimming, with an emphasis on team
building, good sportsmanship, personal growth, and swimming
as a fun and lifelong 昀椀tness activity. Swimmers will practice
the fundamental components of the four competitive swim
strokes as well as essential techniques like starts, turns, and
training strategies. Structured workouts include warm-ups, skillenhancing drills, and stroke re昀椀nement to boost con昀椀dence
and abilities in the water. Swimmers must successfully pass all
requirements of Youth Level 3 to participate.

Packages expire after one calendar year.
Swimmers of all abilities are invited to experience being
part of a swim team! This inclusive program introduces the
fundamentals of team building, good sportsmanship, and
encourages swimmers to enjoy swimming as a lifelong form
of exercise. Workouts include warm-ups, stroke re昀椀nements,
and skill-building drills tailored to each swimmer’s needs and
abilities. Swimmers must successfully pass all requirements of
Youth Level 3 to participate.

dedicated swim time designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and
supportive environment for adults with disabilities to enjoy the
bene昀椀ts of swimming.

Homeschool Gym and Swim
Ages 5-14 yrs
WEDNESDAYS | JAN 7- MAR 25 | 1:00-3:00 PM
Get ready to move, play, and make a splash! Our Homeschool Physical
Education program gives kids the best of both worlds: more physical
activity and swim skills. Participants are grouped by age (5-9 and 9-14)
with curriculum tailored to each group, helping kids build con昀椀dence,
coordination, and a love for staying active – on land and in the water!
