Masters Swim Club

Our Adult Swim Lessons are available for swimmers of all levels,
from beginners to experienced athletes looking to re昀椀ne their
technique. Our expert instructors provide personalized, oneon-one sessions designed to meet your goals – whether you’re
improving e昀케ciency, learning new strokes, or preparing for a
triathlon. With a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and
maximizing speed with minimal e昀昀ort, our instructors will help
you achieve your best swim. Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.
Adult Private Lessons (1 swimmer)
Adults ages 18+ yrs
Location: Peck Aquatic Center

REGISTER
JCC Masters Swim o昀昀ers a supportive and structured
environment for swimmers looking to re昀椀ne their strokes,
improve e昀케ciency, and build endurance. Ideal for dedicated
swimmers, practices range from 1,800 to 2,400 yards, providing
the perfect balance of challenge and skill development. Two
practices per week will be coached and one practice will be
guided with workouts tailored to help swimmers reach their
goals. Participants should be comfortable swimming 500 yards
continuously. Join us to improve your technique, boost your
stamina, and connect with a community of motivated swimmers.

Adult Private Lesson packages must be purchased through the
Aquatics O昀케ce. Lessons must be purchased prior to the 昀椀rst lesson. Packages expire after one calendar year.
Adult Beginner Swim Lessons
Adults ages 18+
Location: Peck Aquatic Center
REGISTER
Designed for adults newer to swimming, this class focuses on
building comfort and con昀椀dence in the water. Participants will
learn basic kicks and strokes through a combination of group
instruction and personalized feedback.
All JCC Members 14+
L ap Swim
We make every e昀昀ort to ensure there are 2 lap lanes
available at all times for lap swimmers, however; there may
be times where there are more than two lanes available.
