This workshop blends yoga, bodyweight strength, and mobility
training to build functional strength for everyday activities –
like getting up from the 昀氀oor or lifting with con昀椀dence. Improve
stability, 昀氀exibility, and balance, and 昀椀nish each session with a
restorative cooldown. All ages and skill levels are welcome!
